What's included in a Post Pal Club package?

Each Post Pal Club package includes 4 personalized postcards -- featuring the member’s face and name. Our adorable packaging is addressed directly to the Post Pal Club member.

Are the postcards inside pre-stamped?

For packages shipped to the United States, we pre-stamp the postcards so that all the member
has to do is handwrite a message, add an address, and drop it off in the mailbox!
For our friends outside the United States, we offer free shipping for your Post Pal Package
containing the 4 postcards. However, you will be responsible for stamping the individual postcards
(it would be cost-prohibitive for us to do so).

Can I give a Post Pal Club subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Buy a (virtual) gift card for either 3, 6, or 12 months.
You can learn more and select the option that is right for you here.

How does the gift card work?

Once you've purchased a gift card, you will receive an email with the details of the card
and how to redeem it. You can either forward this email to the gift recipient,
or print it out for hand delivery.

What ages do you recommend for the Post Pal Club?

Post Pal Club members are literally all ages. We have members that are babies,
and mom/dad help fill out the address and send the card on their kiddos behalf.
We also have adult members of the club, who enjoy making their friends and family smile!
The club is particularly popular with our members from 3-12 years old.

How do you add a name and face to the postcards for personalization?

Before you place your order, you will be asked to fill out a short 1-page survey
to provide the member’s name and gender (our illustrated characters have different
attire based on gender). After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email
with instructions to reply to that email with the photo you would like us to use.
Our designers will crop and place the member’s face on the postcards, and will continue
to do so every month as long as the member is part of the club.

Do your subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes, all of our subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the
initial term of the subscription. A one year subscription will renew at the end of the
first year for an additional one year period. A 6-month subscription will renew at the end
of 6 months for an additional 6-month period. And our monthly subscription will renew
at the end of the first month for an additional one month period. You can cancel auto-renewal
at any time.

Can I skip my next renewal?

Yes! We understand if you want to take a break.Perhaps you are heading out of town,
or have some postcards from previous months that are still unsent. To skip your next renewal,
please do the following:

1. Log-in here
2. Go to My Account section
3. Click “Edit” under your Subscription
4. Click “Skip Next Renewal” and confirm.

When am I billed if I sign up for a monthly plan?

You are billed for your first package on the day that you sign up for your subscription.
Your recurring payments will be billed on the same day of every month thereafter.For example,
if you join the club on June 18, you will be charged immediately on June 18 and the next payment
will be charged on July 18.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders. Debit cards
(also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Do you allow Paypal, Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept Paypal, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you are shipping
to California, the appropriate charges will be added to your payment total and displayed on your
final order confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you are free to cancel at anytime. That said, if you have any feedback for
us, please try reaching out before you cancel. We will do everything we can to keep you a happy customer.

What is your refund policy?

At Post Pal Club, your satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you’re not happy with your package for any reason,
we’ll provide you with a full replacement or give you a full refund.
Please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement following the instructions below.

To order a replacement

Please contact us at with a description of the problem.
Products with defects or shipping damage will be reprinted and reshipped at no
charge. Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return your defective
product for inspection.

To get a refund

Your order must be returned with a completed return form to be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us at with your name and order number, and we’ll
email you the return form with further instructions and our return address. Once we receive
your returned product, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit
card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card
company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post
to your account.

Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned,
or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping
charges. Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Can I cancel my order entirely?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at
We will do everything we can to cancel your order before it has been printed. Once we have printed
your order, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.


Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping is FREE worldwide.

Can I track my Post Pal Club package?

We ship our packages with USPS First Class Mail using good ol’ postage stamps.
The USPS does not offer tracking for this service. On the bright side,
this is why we’re able to offer free shipping.
Plus, our members love discovering what colorful postage stamp was used to ship
their package each month!

When will my Post Pal Club package be mailed?

If you placed your order between the 1-14 of the month, your Post Pal Club package will be shipped on the 15th of the month. Orders placed between the 15-31 of the month will be shipped on the 1st day of the following month. If the 1st or 15th falls on the weekend or a holiday, we ship on the next business day.

I didn’t get my package. What do I do?

If you don't receive your Post Pal Club package within 10 business days after the 1st or 15th of the month and live within the USA, please let us know and we will be glad to assist.   International packages can take up to 3-4 weeks to get delivered.

Can I ship 2 subscriptions to different addresses?

Yes you can! You can either make two separate purchases and input a different address on each purchase. Or, if you purchase 2 subscriptions with the same order, simply do the following:

1. Log-in here
2. Go to “My Account” section
3. Click “Add an Address” under the “Shipping Address Section” to add the 2nd address.
4. Click “Edit” under your Subscription where you want to change the address.
5. Select the new address and click “Change” to confirm.


How do I partner with Post Pal Club?
